Probably the best place to eat in the village (there aren’t too many other options). There is a limited selection of hot food and pretty good salads. The pastries are good. The coffee is good.
The walnut bread is very good. The staff very nice. Pastries are excellent. Best tresse in Switzerland.
I come here regularly, to grab some bread, all sorts of beautiful bread, and sketimes to eat there, great salads prepared on order, pizza slices, vcroissants, etc. It’s a bit quirky, but it’s part of the charm of Romainmôtier. Definitely worth the detour.
