Four of these exceptional Japanese cooks, directly from the land of the rising sun, have joined the kitchens at Palace Sushi Zen. At Lausanne Palace, guests can experience the genuine taste of traditional Japanese cuisine: sushi and sashimi, udon noodles and soba soup.
