At the restaurant "Les Trois Couronnes", Lionel Rodriguez offers alpine cuisine, based on seasonal and quality products from the Alps. From the Maritime Alps to Venice via Switzerland and Austria, its cuisine will make you travel lightly. In a desire to reduce our carbon footprint, vegetarian menus and meat and fish in portions limited to 130 grams will be offered. Every evening you can enjoy the gastronomic menus from the best alpine terroirs. Also to be found on the menu are traditional brewery dishes, such as the perch fillet of Lake Geneva. For all reservations the hotel parking is offered, subject to availability.
