This was our first meal in this lovely city and was a very good introduction. We sat outside on a quiet but interesting street and enjoyed tasty dishes and friendly and efficient service.
We started the dinner with drinks that were quit interesting. They have a lot of them. The food was good. We did not like that we got the starters at the same time as the drinks. The wine was served to the main course.
Unfortunately all the coolness of the surrounds couldn’t make up for the not-quite-right flavour combinations. I get that the chef is trying to achieve a fresh take on French classics but these dishes aren’t an improvement on the originals.
Lively bar, decent place to hang out and get something to eat, but the food is really not very good. For Zürich it is inexpensive. So, still okay for a quick casual bite to eat but don’t expect too much.
