Weisser Wind Restaurant and Guild House, Zurich. In good company. Our hearty traditional meals are the backbone of our menu. We also offer changing seasonal specialties and vegetarian dishes. We are especially proud of our homemade sauces, which have been an integral part of the local cuisine since the 14th century. Head chef Silvio Hennig and his team have been developing and reinterpreting them as a liquid element that unites the individual ingredients of the dish.
