To us, "Swiss Alpine cuisine" means bringing a portion of the "Swiss mountains" to you at lunchtime or in the evening. The rustic cellar vault brings to mind a typical wine cellar in the vineyards of the Valais. We put the aroma of the Swiss Alps on your plates. The original cheese fondue comes to you in eight different variations, as dictated by Valais tastes. And when your meat is brought to you on a hot stone, you know it will be cooked exactly as you want it. Of course, our menu also includes the classics; "Bauernbratwurst" sausage with onion sauce, veal Cordon Bleu with herbed French fries, and naturally Zurich "Geschnetzeltes" (stir-fried veal) served with rosti. Taste Tinu's crispy chicken basket: It's tender and succulent, with a mild spicy flavour and very, very tasty!
