In our "Le Chalet" restaurant, you'll be able to enjoy a unique taste sensation. Our quality meats are prepared in a Josper charcoal grill-oven at 300-350. The aroma of fine wood smoke gives the meat its distinct flavour. Our menu is complemented by much-loved classics from the "Appenzell Lounge", and only high-quality Swiss products are used. Thanks to Coravin, a sophisticated serving device, you can also enjoy premium wines by the glass with us.
