Feel free to look over the Pizzaiolos shoulder who will gladly show you his craft. Besides, did you know that we let our pizza dough rise over 48 hours? This longer-than-average resting period means that our dough is lighter, fluffier and more easily digestible. Our number one priority is having exceptionally high product quality and fresh preparation, combined with charming service.
