The Yoojis Josef is a post-modern Japanese sushi bar in the centre of Zurich. Diners can enjoy sushi, sake and sashimi la carte in the restaurant area, bar and on the terrace. All dishes can be ordered as takeaways or deliveries. Ordering on the Internet is just as modern as the restaurant's interior dcor. In addition to warm colours, wooden furniture and leather seats, Japanese furnishings and wall paintings help create a cosy Asian feel. The sake bar is the first of its kind in Switzerland. It offers a large choice of traditional sake dishes as well as unusual sake dishes such as okunomatsu and masumi which are still largely unknown in Europe. The sake cocktails are particularly popular. There is a large choice of meals as well as dainty little snacks.
