The managers here are good and try to help you. The waitstaff were terrible. They often forget about their customers and forget to bring food out. The food is what you would expect from any other Chili’s. Get the skillet cookie!
There are almost always out of certain foods. Wait staff is terribly unfriendly. They don’t seem properly trained. The food comes out lukewarm to cold sometimes. There are so many better options in Taichung now.

I’m so happy there’s a Chili’s so close to my work place. They were so accommodating and very nice to me and my friends. I’ll definitely be coming back for another visit.
