At Grace, Chef Harley Gerlach turns the spotlight on local ingredients, combined with affordable refinement and raw creativity, and makes Grace the embodiment of his concept of modern cuisine. With his restlessly inventive mind, Harley creates culinary highlights that have both lightness and body including a pumpkin salad with winter melon, pork chop seasoned with Taiwanese fermented beans and local mushrooms stir fried with ShaoXing wine.
