Fireweeds is housed in an old wooden house built during the time of Japanese colonization in Taiwan. The previous occupant of this house was Professor Yu Ling Chen (1921/5/20~1996/5/15) with the Agricultural Chemistry Department of National Taiwan University. Professor Chen dedicated over half a centurys time on teaching and studies related to the ecology of weeds and agricultural control of weeds. In Fireweeds, through the food we hope to call back the olden days in southern Taipei. In the evening, after dusk, leave your tiredness and noises out of the doors of Fireweeds.
