Rilakkuma, a cartoon charater that owns a huge fan base around the world, will have his first Japanese-style theme restaurant in Taiwan, which is the first overseas Rilakkuma restaurant of the iconic Japan character. Rilakuma Cha-Ya serves Hanami Dango (rice ball), O Cha Tsuke (rice in tea), Macha, and various of Japanese delicacy in a classic atmosphere, offering a brand new experience from traditional theme restaurants stereotype.
