Brown Sugar was recommended. It was difficult to find the place in the building. Food average to disappointing. Service good and friendly. Cocktails okay. The live Singer was good. The Restaurant doesn’t have a great atmosphere.
Brown & Sugar is nice for the foreigners , who want to hangout with friends music and the environment is great. If you are visiting Taipei and want to hangout but dancing is not your type this is the place for you

Nice live band and the singer! I would recommend my friends to go to the restaurant if they want to have a relaxing Friday night.
Not worth going for the food! Expensive and less tasty. The singers are great and so are the drinks!!!
