"La Locanda" draws its inspiration from those old-time "Inns", where poets, travelers, and great thinkers could stop over to relax and taste great local food. I was born in Verona, a city where millennial traditions and waves of modern influences are blended together, and where I fell in love with the basics of Italian cuisine done well, where classics meet simplicity and passion.
