Located near Linsen Park, Citystar is a restaurant of Hongkong dumplings and snacks. It is open 24 hours. Because each dish is small, even you are the party of 2 or 3 persons, you can taste many different things. The price is quite reasonable.

When I missed Din-Sum from Hong Kong, I came to this restaurant. The qualty of food was above the average. However, it is usual that one has to wait in long line. Last time I waited for 30min, but it was worth for good food.
When visitors want to take Dim sum in the early Morning, this restaurant should be one of selection in Taipei. Because of 24hrs open. Tast is acceptable and price is reasonable.
