What does IRU mean? I in Chinese word looks like a Binchotan charcoal, it means we are using the best material and we want to be the best yakitori in Taiwan. Ru in Chinese word means egret, a very representative birds in Taiwan and also means we love the land that nurture us. IRU in homonym of Chinese word means all the way, we hope all the customers once step in to IRU feels like back home and the most important thing is we hope all the customers to feel the hospitable and enthusiastic of Taiwan.
