We stopped at Chocolate World with our grandchildren over this weekend. It was so overcrowded you could not move. Six fifty for a very small milkshake is crazy. You can buy Hershey candy in any store without all the hassle.
Great place for a quick bite and with excellent service. It has free wifi and is located right in the middle of the mall the place has a cosy atmosphere and serves great hot chocolate.
If you are in Dushanbe you must visit this place. They have great wafflles and very friendly staff. I highly recommend it.
