SALT//PEPPER STORY The inception of Salt//Pepper materialized when 6 friends who loves food , unanimously acclaim Western Dining for its refined taste in plating dishes and daring flavours decided to put all their resources and skills together to breathe life to a West meets East fusion restaurant. The idea was to create a restaurant thats high on Western influence but still delightful and relatable to Thai peoples tastes. From our main courses to our desserts , we offer a fairly wide variety of dishes every palate can enjoy. We would like to introduce to you the marriage of Western and Thai flavors in a unique and satisfying dining experience at Salt//Pepper. SALT//PEPPER CONCEPT We named our restaurant SALT//PEPPER because those are the two commonly used seasoning in western cooking. Basically, SALT and PEPPER are inseparable. Theirs is a pairing that brings out the best in each other.Under the hands of a professional and passionate chef , those two uncomplicated seasonings can really heighten up the flavors of the simplest of dishes. This is also our guarantee that we do not put preservatives and MSG in our food.
