Matadee House of Joy is a heart made Vegan / Vegetarian Thai Comfort Food & Juice Bistro. The concept has started from a Thai word "Berg-Barn." It means happy/joyful. Our chef carefully selects organic, natural, and chemical-free vegetables and ingredients. Our main source of organic vegetables is the Thai Royal Project supported organic farming. For seasoning, we only use sea salt, natural brown sugar, and naturally preserved soy sauce.
