Our cafe is a typical neighborhood tapas bar you will find in Europe. The project started in 2011 in Shanghai. Some of the founders were at that time still students in a hotel school in Lausanne, Switzerland. During their internship in Shanghai, they realized that the concept of neighborhood bar was not there yet. The goal was to make the bar work with interns from hotel school of Lausanne, giving them the opportunity to improve their skills and knowledge in a city of future. So this is why we came with the name of CS, which literally means the interns coffee shop The family is getting a little bigger today, two new EHL students are joining the family to continue the story of CS in Bangkok. We are growing up, but our ideas do not change and we will never change the recipe of CS. Come as you are to enjoy a good service, good quality products and a lot of conviviality in a great atmosphere.
