About
Donpim was created by Don & Phimnipha Parkin, as a dream we both had of having our own restaurant, that serves our favorite Foods. We want to share the Thai style, with Kiwi style food, to give our locals and overseas Tourists, something that is different in Chiang Mai. We try to get fresh Thai food everyday, and New Zealand fruit and dairy Products, Kiwi Mozzarella and cheddar chesse, cream and butter, from which we make our own garlic butter with local garlic. We are a family Restaurant, My Thai son, My Thai wife and Pim's sister work well together to bring you a new look, new taste to Chiang Mai.
