White Lotus is a brand new Vietnamese restaurant opened last February 24th 2015, in Mae Rim, at the northern suburbs of Chiang Mai town. The restaurant is a beautiful two levels house, nicely decorated, with large indoor and outdoor seating areas, including two terraces offering amazing views over rice fields, and surrounded by a large garden. In a relaxing atmosphere, the restaurant is serving Authentic Vietnamese Cuisine, with a selection of the most exciting dishes from the North, Center and South of Vietnam. All the dishes are prepared and cooked under the supervision of Vietnamese Chef. A selection of few international dishes, fresh coffee specialities, cakes, home made yogurts, and other delicacies are also available.
