Newly opened cafe on the edge of the old city in Chiang Mai. Thai / English family run business. Serving good portions of simple but well cooked Thai favourites. All our dishes can be customised to your particular taste (mild to scorching hot!) and we never use MSG in the kitchen. From June 2015 there is a range of traditional food available from Issan, the North East of Thailand. This is highly specialised cooking which has attracted both local and international visitors. Why not come and try our Papaya Salad and Laab Pork or Beef? Open from 11:00am till late with free high speed Wifi and fully licensed for beer and spirits. Friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Please do not expect instant food as Nok insists on cooking 90% of the food from fresh locally resourced ingredients and this can take up to 20 minutes when we are very busy. Most of our business comes from customers returning again and again so we believe people are prepared to wait for a top rate eating experience at a very reasonable price.
