At Ratana's Kitchen, we pride ourselves on providing a wide range of Thai and international cuisine, including lots of vegetarian options, at rock-bottom prices in a cool, air-con interior or at tables on the street. Check out our Northern Thai hors d'oevres for a taste of several local dishes, or go for fish and chips or a steak if you'd prefer Western food. Drinks include fresh fruit shakes, beer, wines and cocktails, and there are newspapers, magazines and books for browsing, plus live sports on TV. Our upstairs balcony is probably the best place in town for watching festival parades such as Songkran and Loy Krathong, but you'll need to book ahead. Ratana's Kitchen is located on Chiang Mai's main street, Tha Pae Road, just opposite Wat Mahawan, so it is easy to find from anywhere in the town center.
