Chokocha Noodle Shop has been opened for more than 20 years. My father, Chok, was a chef and he learned a traditional "Chinese Herbal Soup" recipe in 1999 and combined it with a Western recipe to make his own tasty noodle soup that we have until today. We pay careful attention to make soft braised meat. Our family noodle soup has distinctive taste because of our high-quality ingredients.
