As such, it is only natural that we welcome you as part of our family, you will always find your food to be fresh, tasty, carefully and hygienically prepared and presented at fair and approachable prices. We source locally where possible and use highest quality imported ingredients where necessary for authenticity and original taste. Our aim to serve authentic Mexican food in a welcoming, friendly, uncomplicated and relaxed environment and allow insight of the vast, treasured and world renowned Mexican culinary heritage. Trust our Chef and partner "Panchito" Castelan, of course originally from Mexico, to delight your palate with tantalizing flavors and colorful presentations from across Mexico. Any special request will gladly be entertained. Chef Pancho will always have some of his great specials available in addition to the a la carte Menu! Nuanchan "Mother" is certainly the heart and soul of our Restaurant. Although a Bangkok native, she has been living in Mexico for well over a decade, so the love and in depth knowledge of Mexican culture and cuisine, is easy to see and all of this paired with her irresistible true Thai smile!
