Native Thai, for 25 years I lived and worked in Rome (Italy) as a pharmaceutical researcher for a couple of great multinationals, first and chef then. Since 2015 I worked as a chef in sail-boat trips in the seas of Myanmar and Thailand where the difficulty of satisfying high-level users, customizing the menu according to needs (vegans, diabetics, etc.) in situations of unavailability of the ingredients during navigation, have formed me. It is also and above all for this experience that I found in the concept of "fusion food" a point of arrival in order to give Thai and Italian cooking experiences to people with different needs. On 1 May 2017, i decided to open a little restaurant in Rawai (not to do business but to live with my loving daughter) and continue my passion for cooking. Inside the building I have: - one bedroom (King Room) of 30 sqm. with air condition for rent - one bedroom (Queen Room) of 16 sqm. with air condition for rent I speak fluent English, Italian and Thai.
