Uncle Tigger's was founded by a group of friends with a burning passion for fried chicken; failing to find what we like, we decided to make our own. We experimented until reaching a style that is perfect to us. Our fried chicken is always juicy & tender on the inside. It is marinated with a special blend of 12 secret ingredients for at least 12 hours, so flavors are guaranteed to be infused through and through; it is then fried in a thin, crisp batter. Enjoy it plainly, or take it to the next level with our Dip & Roll: dipping in one of our home made sauces and then rolling up some Uncle Tigger's crunchy cereal. It is an experience that we want to share with everyone, and so became Uncle Tigger's.
