Crystal Bay Beach Club is perfectly located beachfront on Crystal Bay, with pure white sand, huge granite boulders and surrounded by jungle it really is a special place. The concept was to mix together the best of Thai cooking with the best of international cuisine. Our menu is a collaboration between 2 of Amsterdams most famous Chefs - Freek van Noortwijk and Guillaume de Beer and our very own Chef Boy. The result is the perfect fusion of local and international cuisine.
