We're a Czech family bakery, that makes a REAL, SOURDOUGH RYE BREAD, following an old Czech traditional baking process. The bread and other products are without adding, preservatives, colors,mostly vegan/vegetarian, baked in a real wood-fired oven. Most products, flour, malt, molasses, flax seeds are imported from Australia. The 24 hours of a dough fermentation gives to the dough its typical sour taste and a beautiful, solid texture. You get a heavy bread,that weights 1,50 kg. Adding flax seeds to 2 kinds of our bread will make happy all sportsmen and people who care about nutritional value. The sourdough rises by natural bacterias which help you to digest the bread easily, giving you many benefits. During the fermentation process the natural bacterias brake down gluten, so the bread can be also eaten by people with gluten intolerance. The whole baking process, from feeding "mother/starter" until the very end takes 35 steps and last for 2 whole days. Enjoy it, as it's made with love!
