KOH, Thai Kitchen & Bar, features authentic flavours from the islands, along with great wines. Located amid a plantation of coconut palms and cooled by breezes from the Gulf of Thailand. KOH offers a setting and ambience like nowhere else on the island. Helmed by Chef Sumalee Khunpet, KOH's kitchen is a creative workhouse for authentic Thai cuisine, offering flavours that speak for themselves. Going back to the roots of some of the island's favourite dishes, Chef Sumalee, also known as Chef Jeab, has created a menu that is at once genuine and straightforward, but that also introduces less-familiar Thai recipes and flavours. Designed by architect Bill Bensley of Bensley Design Studios, the restaurant makes the most of its position on a palm-covered hilltop on the north-western tip of Koh Samui.
