We are a group of friends passionate about smokey Texas style BBQ and cooking. We have years of cooking experience in various cuisines. Our aim is to provide the best smokey BBQ on the island of Koh Samui. Initially we will be selling BBQ sandwiches, however we would like to do special meals for the weekends, such as smoked spare ribs, beef briskets and many more traditional BBQ delights.
