RATATOUILLE In our restaurant we like our guests to enjoy and have a good time together, whether they come together for each others companionship, and enjoy delicious drinks and relish, also with the dishes on the table that are shared, called "Sharing Dinner", inspired by Mediterranean, Asian and Arab traditions in Sharing, or that they are looking forward to have a complete culinary evening : Wine & Dine. Dining must be a pleasant activity, where one can enjoy different flavors and each other! ORIGIN Vegetables come mostly from the biological care farm the "Grote Wiede" in Hulshorst, we get eggs and dairy products from local farmers and meat comes mostly from the area. The fishing will be carried out in accordance with the "fish pointer" (viswijzer), many wines are biodynamic and also coffee, tea and waters are ecologically as often as possible.
