It is in a rural setting between sea and mountains, close to a wonderful pine forest, we find this elegant restaurant. The menu is centered around fresh and natural products mainly from our organic farm. The dishes are simple and generous. We want to reconnect with neglected traditions, such as our local products that have often disappeared from our tables.
