About
Boheme, a culinary dedicated restaurant to the amateurs of creative cuisine, opened its doors in January 2016, in La Goulette. Situated at the center of a developing area in northeast of Tunis. By proposing an elaborated and scrumptious cuisine, Boheme is basing its success on the culinary innovation and the originality of the site. The restaurant is divided between a bar in order to discover cocktails of the mixologist Tiziano Renzi, selected wines by the sommelier Moataz Jhinaouiand to savor its tapas, a non-smoker space along with a skylight for smokers when dining. In comparison to the actual gastronomic boiling in Tunisia, this restaurant claims a different way of eating and revisits the classics of the Tunisian cuisine thanks to the talented Chef Ali Dey Dali, rewarded with the first prize of Plat impose at the prestigious Toques dOr in 2015. In addition to its restoration and bistro services, Boheme develops trainings and events component with workshops of wine degustation and workshops in presence of international starred chefs.Details

The food quality was just average, not very impressive, and the portion was too large. It would be better to reduce the portion and improve the quality. The atmosphere was good overall.
