After a long year career as a cook in London, Cem (pronounced Jem) fell in love with Dalyan on his holidays, and decided to follow his dream. He opened this Cafe-Bistro-Bar in Dalyan. His kitchen is a happy passionate marriage between the Mediterranean and European kitchen.
