Ebru Balfunes, the daughter of Spanish Migrants, opened her business in 2014 in one of Alaat's most vibrand streets, the Hacmemi Street. She was the first in the region who served Deer Filet and Colored Burgers. End of season 2017 the business was given a break until season 2019 re-opened in of Alaat's best Boutique Hotels, the BeyEvi. We contunue our concept kitchen the same style in a new location.
