Ent Restaurants motto is to transform eating from an instinct to an unforgettable experience. At Ent we serve 6 and 10 course seasonal degustation menus. We are open just for dinner and we accept only 30 guests per night in order to maintain the quality. While creating the menus we use only seasonal and regional ingredients thats why Ents menu changes 4 times during the year. In the kitchen we try to combine sea-earthiness-freshness with Anatolian, French and Mediterranean techniques. Our wine list consists the finest selections of boutique Turkish wines.
