When in Sivas eat what the locals eat.Sivas meatballs are made of mince and flavoured with salt alone. It’s more like a very thin steak. Meat eaters will be well catered for in Sivas!
Great value for money food fresh and hot and service excellent.The owner went out of his way to make us feel welcomed as only locals there. We all ordered kebabs and were also given small mezze plates to try at no extra charge.
We enjoyed great hospitality, delicious foods and a lovely ambience at 3n Sofra Kebap. The owner gave us many salads to try and the ezme and onion salads were excellent as were our koftes and shish. It was close to the Burysaya Medrassa and hotel.
