Have been working in Kayseri for some time, I feel pretty sure this is far and away the best restaurant in the city. On the 1st floor on a busy road, it is situated above several of the busy and flamboyant fish retailers thatply their wares noisily all day and evening long. Select your own fish as you walk in and enjoy a briliant dish of spicy piping hot casseroled shrimps while its being cooked. The fish is very fresh and well presented. Deserts are also very good. No alcohol, as with all the restaurants in this city but otherwise, perfect.
