Being vegetarians, we ate Kumpir almost everyday in Istanbul. Bebek had lots of toppings such as cheese, mayonnaise, hot sauce, olives, olive paste, salads, etc. Customize your kumpir, and enjoy this cheap street eat!
Ordered Kumpir twice within an hour. One was cold and barely edible. The second was quite nice and tasty. They are rather cheap so give it a shot but their quality is definitely inconsistent.
The most heavenly tasted waffles I have ever tried!!!!! Take one and go and set by the bosphour in the chic bebek,, lovely experience.
