As a vegetarian, this place finally gave me a plate of real food, that too in a budget, that to a plate that would fill my stomach. After my ferry ride, I found this restaurant on my walk back to the blue mosque. The quality, quantity, and flavor of their, at the given price, was just delightful. And the location was beautiful, peaceful and enjoyable. One thing I noticed in Istanbul was that you will know if the food is good at a restaurant when you see locals eating there. This place was filled with locals eating, coming for their lunch breaks or simply coming for a smoke and tea, playing cards with their friends, but in a classy manner. It was a very cozy, warm and yet very classy setting. They also gave us complimentary Turkish tea. Another plus was they had clean toilets, separate for men and women. MUST VISIT.
