Founded in 2012 by Umut Evirgen and Nikol Baolu, La Boom aims to establish the new global 'bistro&lounge' concept in Istanbul's already vibrant dining scene. Presenting a striking combination of comfort and elegance through its unique decoration emphasized by details that harbor an entertaining style and music prepared by professional DJs, La Boom features an extensive menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner and a central bar area that accommodates a complete, day-long experience.La Boom's menu brings together a selection of delicacies from the international cuisine with special emphasis on Italian cuisine. The concept of the menu was set by La Boom's executive chef Fikri Kaya. Breakfast and main course menus combine traditional tastes with innovative touches and contain lots of recipes that would appeal to all. The rich wine and bar menu is accompanied by a striking cocktail menu with lots of colorful and tasty combinations.The glass panels that separate the space make it possible for guests to witness the harmonious kitchen processes of the chefs. La Boom's lounge section features a cosy fireplace and a graphic panel of seven screens inspired by Marc Jacobs' hit exhibition in Paris. The glass faade that welcomes Emirgan's breathtaking views inside, also creates a fluid continuity between La Boom's interior and exterior spaces. The spacious and comfortable upper garden that maximizes the 'alfresco' experience is designed to make the most out of the views.
