Our restaurant was opened by official permit of Sultan Abdulhamid and since then we kept the same taste. It is possible to learn this information between the pages of the book of honour that Ottoman Sultans grandchildren have still been giving honour to our restaurant like 90 years ago and they write sincere feelings in our book.
