Ortalama bir mekan. Nedense biz gittigimizde cicek pasaji bayagi bir bostu e mekanda direktmen. Mezeleri iyiydi fena degildi. Sansimiza o gun elektriklerin gitmesi ayri bir hosluk olmustu tabii. Deneye deneye fikirlerin olusacagi bir mekan ama cicek pasaji icin ortalama bir yer.
Historic place restaurant, I remembered last time I was ate here for Turkish kebap and some coffee drinks with my three juniors in Winter 2013. Unforgettable memories and the staff was very welcome to us, lovely place ever.
Appetizers are bad! They are the most known restaurant of Cicek Pasaji but quality is awful. As I always mentioned, If a restaurant/café tries to do everything in same time and combine many different cuisines as like seafood, kebabs, daily foodstuff, think twice before your visit. How can you keep quality level in high levels? How it’s possible cook seafood next to kebabs? For this price level, they should serve much better dishes in my opinion. One of the other issue is musicians. If you don’t like that musicians come to your table and play some songs for tip (actually we can’t say tip because they don’t accept 20TL for example), Ikinci Bahar and Cicek Pasaji is not good option for you. Lastly, they charge service fee without asking after this awful quality. Minimum 100TL per person (incl: 10-15cl Raki, 3 appetizers and main dish for share). #kaimbros

Kalabalik bir grupla gittik. Yabanci arkadaslarimdan hesap alinmasi sirasinda ve sonrasinda israrla bahsis istendi. Yapmamalarini soyledigimde garson bana hos olmayan sekilde davrandi ve tersledi. Musteriye bu sekilde davranilmasini dogru bulmuyorum. Bircok kez gittigim yerde boyle bir olay yasamak cok uzucu. Bir daha gidecegimi ve tavsiye edecegimi hic sanmiyorum. Cicek pasajindaki farkli yerler denenebilir.
