Asitane has been the pioneer in carefully researching and recreating long forgotten dishes of the Ottoman Empire since 1991. The restaurant introduces new menu items for each season of the year, all dishes are delicately selected and cooked with seasonal ingredients and local produce. Located right next door to the Chora Museum where you can see the world famous Byzantine mosaics, the restaurant is open for lunch and dinner everyday between 12:00 - 23:30 except Wednesdays. While having your meal, you can also enjoy live Turkish music on evenings between Thursday and Saturday.Details
