I have visited Blu Kitchen twice for take away food during my vacation in Istanbul. The customer service was excellent. I was entertained well by the staff right upon checking the menu displayed outside the restaurant. For a tourist like me, it was a big plus that the menu had photos and English translation to accompany each item. I also got served with Turkish tea while waiting for my orders, a nice way of matching the cold winter weather. The food items I ordered (grilled sea bass, grilled meatballs and king prawn garlic) were all cooked well and seasoned perfectly. Even my 86-year-old mother who was very picky with food enjoyed a lot and praised the way the food suited her taste/preference. The steamed rice, potato fries and fresh tomato slices went well with the meat and seafood. And as with most restaurants in this city, lots of bread came with orders. I will definitely visit this restaurant again when I return to Istanbul.
