Close to the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia and the Arasta Bazaar, Vaha originally began in what was a family house from Ottoman times. Our street we have terrace sea view retreat leads into ancient underground ruins where the Sokullu Mehmet Pasa Mosque. We believe in maintaining our historic links to the past in our culinary traditions too.Drawing on the arts of traditional Ottoman and Byzantine cooking, weve added modern Turkish twists to our menu together with some cosmopolitan favorites of modern international cuisine.
