I’ve stayed in Crowne plaza several times due to business trips near SAW airport. And jut like the hotel this restaurant is a big mis-opportunity. Being one of few places in the via/port area with liquor license and star rated facility one would expect a little more effort for creative menu, professional service and great experience. None is there. Same old menu with even more lackluster food assembled in the kitchen of buffet restaurant. Indifferent service and dull atmosphere even with excellent live harp play. Not worth visiting unless you are hotel guest who couldn’t be bothered stepping outside.
Since we have a meeting at Crowne Plaza, we haven’t got so many alternatives. Either we should choose Cesni that is an open buffet option, or Belvedere that was better than I expected. Steak I’ve ordered was not so special but the octopus salad was good. Our guest from London enjoyed her Adana kebap as well. If you think you have better options around, go for them.
